Our room was excellent and we were pleased that we could get into it earlier than the normal check in time to allow us to get dressed for our son’s convocation. Breakfast was good, warm and easy to get.the facilities were clean. Our checkout was easy.

Rooms are big, spacious, clean, and well equipped. There was complementary weekend breakfast which was surprisingly good. The location of the hotel is great, with nice views right on the waterfront and a short walk to gelato shops and restaurants and sights. Staff very efficient, informative, and helpful.

The room we booked was up pretty high and had a nice view to the water , the room was clean and had 2 tvs (one in main area and second in bedroom) . There was also a fully stocked kitchen with a dish washer .

Our family stayed 1 night on our way home from Quebec, and we we were very impressed end-to-end. From the warm and professional reception, to the free upgrade to a top floor room with an amazing view, we could not have imagined a better experience. Located right on the lake, with a pleasant walk to all the hotspots, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located on the waterfront and has beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River! They upgraded our room to a water view without us asking which was awesome! We also asked for an early arrival and a late departure which both were granted without any issues or extra fees!

Loved the large suite style room, great easy parking, friendly quick check in, the indoor pool / hot tub was fantastic, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, extremely close to Kingston Downtown Waterfront area, walked to a lovely restaurant for dinner. Perfect stay.

I liked the flexibility of having the mini kitchen. It was closer to our venue than previous years and enjoyed being able to access the ice skating nearby

Friendly efficient staff on reception allowed us to check in early. That was great as it was a wet afternoon. Our suite on the 8th floor was excellent with a lovely harbour view. Large, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, microwave and dishwasher.

The location and the view from the room were great. The rooms were also very good and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
